I just went through 10 of the most stressful months in a very, very long time. My sleep was sporadic, my daily diet sucked (not so bad, but bad for me), I do walk with dogs on a daily basis, but that wasn't enough. I have lifted and done cardio since about the age of 13 (I'm 43 now), but make no mistake, when Cortisol levels are through the roof, sleep is off, and stress is chronic, I don't care how much you lift/run...it won't do a thing, but hurt me. Been doing this for a while and know what works/doesn't work "for me".

The stressful issues have been resolved, and I wanted nothing more than to get back to "normal". I bought these teas to lower the incredible amount of inflammation I was experiencing. Two days before receiving these teas, I cut out all sugars, breads, pastas --- I was like a damn crack addict with carbs (welcome to elevated Cortisol levels). I followed the directions. I took a Daytime and drank a good 2-3 cups throughout my shift and drank the Night time tea every 2nd to 3rd evening. I promised myself I wouldn't give in and do measurements.....which I have always done every 7 days...yes.....I keep a log lol. I didn't find myself "running to the restroom"...coworkers were asking if that's the case - nope! Just from drinking so many fluids throughout the day (I also take supplements, especially Magnesium, D3/K2, Potassium, Quercitin, CoQ10, C, Biotin (hair was falling out from stress), etc. and I drink electrolytes on a daily basis as well). So, if you think this is some sort of a "laxative", it's not.

Today was the 7th day and finally - measurement day! Not going to lie, I did notice it in my clothes and I didn't feel so bloated as an overinflated balloon. I couldn't believe the numbers! I don't rely on the scale as it doesn't tell you the entire story. I do weekly measurements: neck, chest, waist, hips, each thigh, each calf, each arm. The tape measure does not lie. It is butally honest, but when you see those numbers.....it empowered you to keep going.

Got this tea to help me loose weight and curve my cravings. I must say this tea has truly worked for me! I’m on day 10 and I can feel a difference. I don’t crave as much and I also don’t snack as much either. Definitely worth it!

I purchased this tea shortly after quitting alcohol, and ready to get my health back on track. I now only drink water and herbal tea, and wanted to give this a try to jump start losing weight and feeling more hydrated. After about a week of healthier eating, no booze, and light workouts I’ve definitely am seeing the bloating disappear. My clothes are much looser. It’s an effective tea to go along with a healthier lifestyle. I love tea so the taste of both were pleasant, the night tea a bit earthier. Just add a little honey or lemon juice and it helps!

I have used this tea on/ off for about 4 years. I have issues with bloating and I notice when I am on this tea CONSISTENTLY, it helps reduce the bloating. The night time tea is awesome as it helps detox the gut and helps with regular bowels.
I would recommend using this tea if you are going to be consistent with it for the 28 days and exercise regularly!
