I am in my Mid 30's, female. Overweight, I have depression, recovering drug addict, Smoker, I have Polycystic ovary syndrome and diabetes, I also have Chronic pain in my lower back, right leg, and both knees, got arthritis at a young age. I never feel like doing anything. I am very lazy. This year I really wanted to get healthy - mind and body - and in shape. I was looking for something that would give me the energy to get started.

So these were the things I was looking for in a product and was very excited when I found all of these wonderful ingredients in one supergreen powder!

1st - The taste *** out of ***** - It isn't terrible or non drinkable. Its 100 times better than drinking raw spirulina powder & water. I mix it with Mio or Crystal Light and its pretty good. The Powder mixes easily in liquid. Its still a little grainy in texture but it doesn't bother me.

2nd Its a small container with a scoop included, just shake it around and it will surface. 1 serving is 1 scoop. Its amazing how such a small amount can go such a long way!

NOW THE GOOD STUFF
3rd THE BENEFITS!!! My experience Only! 1 scoop a day!

1. It keeps me full for about 3-4 hours. No hunger pains or sweet cravings. I drink it with 6oz of water then chase it with 20oz of warm water.
2. Amazing Energy & Endurance - Instantly Wakes me up, Like a get up and go feeling, I move faster, workout longer, breathe better, get stuff done quicker - lasts about 4-5 hours. (no jitters, no shakes, no crash)
3. Positive mood - Happy, excited, smiling a lot, just a great sense of well being.
4. Alert and focused - mentally clear
5. Eases My Chronic Pain - I feel less pain during the day
6. Gets the endorphins going - I get nice rush, a tingling feeling all over my body, its telling me its ready to get moving.

The energy lasts a while but it Depends on the day and how active I am. If I am very active it helps me keep going and going and the feeling lasts a long time, 4-5 hours. That's with high activity, sometimes longer. There is no crash or anything. I don't feel tired after the 5 hours but there is a slight decrease of energy but the positive mood and focused feeling last all day for me.

For a big girl like me thats amazing. So endurance yes, energy yes! And after the workout I wasn't tired or ready for a nap. I still had energy.

I find things easier to do when I take this. Even cleaning the house is easier, I'm not constantly thinking OH I HATE DOING THIS. I just get it done.

I know we all get tired around 3 pm. A few days ago I didn't sleep well and by 3pm I was nodding off and felt like I needed a nap. So I was like OKay I'm really tired right now lets see if this Stuff really works. I had 1 scoop with water, and then chased it with a big cup of room temp water. within seconds the tired feelings were all gone. I felt wide awake and was ready to go. No more nodding or yawning. No more laying down to rest. Just wide awake and alert. I was so happy, it actually works!!! powerful nutrition = positive energy! Just this alone with water. I now use it in the afternoons around 3 pm. It helps get me through the rest of the day.

TIPS!!!

Drink a lot of water with this because drinking a lot of water will help. 8-12 8 oz glasses of water a day, very easy to do. Plus drinking 16 oz of water right after you take it helps get it into your system faster. I find warm water to be the best because that alone simulates & lubricates your intestines.

I love this to add to my smoothies. It tastes delicious and has greens as well as other vitamins.

Let me start with agreeing that this is disgusting. However in the right drink, I juice daily, it’s been amazing for my system for a detox and everyday use. My main con is that there seems to be a sweet ingredient that I was not aware of.

Hi bought this powder to up my nutrients/vitamin intake. I’ve been struggling with major fatigue and brain fog and probably not getting enough nutrients in my day to day so I thought I’d give this a try. I was a bit skeptical but with all of the fruits, veggies, and grasses in it. I can honestly say that it’s a great taste! Since purchasing and using it, I have noticed less brain fog! (Woohoo) and more energy! Here’s the way that I use it in a smoothie and it tastes delicious! 1 banana, 1-1/2 cup of almond milk, 2-3tbs organic pb (sugarless), 1tbs raw cocoa powder, 1tbs organic roasted pumpkin seed powder, 1/2tbs chia seeds, 1tbs coconut sugar, 1tbs collagen powder, 1tbs of this chocolate superfood powder, a tiny pinch of stevia powder, and a bit of ice. It is my go to morning smoothie! Sooo delicious and filling.

Works for me...and I'll tell you why. I have "Irritable Bowel Syndrome", been using "IBSolution capsules" ever since finding out I had this condition years ago. It worked fine, but this Supergreen" works even better. Why? Because I also have these extra vitamins and probiotics! I got the sweet berry...honestly, it's not sweet, but I'm getting used to the taste. I mix mine in warm water, I've not had any problems with it blending...I also store it in the refrigerator.
